Events Attendant – PART TIME approximately 28 hours but must have a flexible schedule.

Pays $15 an hour

Perform event installation, tear down tasks, ensure events are completed efficiently,

safely and meeting company standards.

Janitorial duties – sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect all inventory and building entry/exit ways.

Uses proper cleaning methods and equipment to disinfect, deodorize restrooms, mirrors, kitchen appliances,

meeting rooms, common areas, offices and floors, walls, tables, chairs, carpets, floor mats, other fixtures etc.

Setup and break down for meetings and events as instructed through written and/or oral communication.

Sets up tables, chairs, podium, dance floor, stage and audio/visual equipment for public or private events.

Maintaining inventory – equipment and supplies. Perform minor repairs and basic assembly of equipment.

Knowledge of facilities maintenance equipment HVAC, electrical, plumbing and supplies, general purchasing,

stocking and maintaining supply items and records

Must be able to stand, sit, walk, for long periods of time.

Must be able to use small office equipment, copy machines, multi-line telephone systems, processing and data entry.
