VIP Staffing is looking for a Printing Production Assistant for a client that in Carrollton. This position requires 2-3 years-experience in a printing production environment / role.

Must meet all requirements to be considered for the position.

Our client’s print department manager is looking for a right-hand person to assist her and become her back up.

This person needs to be Spanish/English bi-lingual and must be comfortable in the Production area environment (It’s in the warehouse so in the summer it’s hot, in the winter it’s cold).

There is a physical demand regarding standing all day, moving boxes around, prepping bags for printing etc. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds or more.

This person must have had prior experience in production and demonstrate supervisory skills.

Be able to understand how to manage a group of production employees with the expectation of improving efficiency, production numbers, and less wastage etc.

Willingness to learn new processes as technology/equipment changes

Able to assist with training for new hires.

Assist with updating any tracking reports required for production
