Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling orders efficiently and with precision. You will work closely with the Hollow Metal Foreman and team members to ensure production meets quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

You will work closely with the Hollow Metal Foreman and team members to ensure production meets quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & Production: Receive and process tickets from the Hollow Metal Foreman. Fabricate each order with maximum efficiency and minimal errors.
- Error Reporting: Report all errors to the Hollow Metal Foreman to help maintain accurate records of mistakes and inventory.
- Workstation Organization: Ensure that your workstation and the hollow metal shop remain clean and organized. Participate in weekly shop cleaning activities.
- Part Labeling: Label all parts of each order (e.g., doors, frames) with customer name and Sales Order number for easy identification.
- Order Staging: Neatly stage completed orders in a manner that allows shipping/receiving personnel or sales teams to easily identify them.
- Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect the condition of tools and machinery used in the warehouse. Perform basic maintenance as required.
- Completion Communication: Notify the Hollow Metal Foreman when tickets are completed to ensure sales teams are promptly informed.
- Team Collaboration: Provide enthusiastic and willing assistance to fellow co-workers across departments as needed.
- Resource Conservation: Strive to conserve resources whenever possible to support budgetary goals and maintain client satisfaction.
- Sales Order Documentation: Ensure each sales order is dated when production starts and marked accordingly upon completion.
- Task Completion: Upon completing each line item, circle, date, initial it, and assign a location for easy tracking.
- General Support: Perform any other tasks delegated by the shop foreman as required.
- Safety & PPE: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as provided by the company.
- Inventory Management: Notify the Hollow Metal Foreman when inventory levels are running low to ensure timely restocking.

- Punctuality & Attitude: Arrive on time each day with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Absence Notification: When unable to attend work, promptly inform your direct supervisor with a clear reason for the absence.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and fellow employees.
- Quality Workmanship: Take pride in your work, aiming to complete tasks correctly the first time.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in opportunities for ongoing learning and development within the industry to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Language Skills: Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
