We are currently hiring for a Facility Maintenance Technician in the East Austin Area!

Job Description & Duties –

• Performs routine preventative maintenance and clean up interior and exterior of buildings

• General cleaning

• Minor repairs

• Grounds keeping

• Painting

• Demolition

• Packaging

• Loading and unloading of materials

• Must be able to lift 50 + lbs.

Start date: ASAP

Pay: Depending on experience – $14.00-16.00

Requirements:

– Must have 2 forms of ID

– Must have reliable transportation (Not along the bus line)
