Requirements:

- Use knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.

- Prepare ready-to-heat foods by filleting meat or fish or cutting it into bite-sized pieces, preparing and adding vegetables or applying sauces or breading.
