Essential Job Duties
- Monitor eggroll wrapper machines for consistent quality
- Prepare machines and materials for production
- Pre-Op and Post-Op Sanitation
- Maintain effective communication with other leads, supervisors, and management
- Manage employee relations issues with Production Manager and Human Resources
- Direct and train personnel on safety procedures involving specific job duties
- Communicate company policies and procedures as well as HACCP and GMP
- Cover responsibilities in times when Supervisor is absent
- Report any food safety and/or quality issues to Production Manager immediately.
- Perform other duties as required
- In the absence of Wrapper Lead, Wrapper Supervisor will cover his/her responsibilities.
