Pay Rate: $13.00-15.00/hr

Essential Duties

• Answer Phones and greet visitors in a professional manner

• Screen candidates calling or coming in as to skill set and implement the on-line application and document process

• Administer testing to include drug screens, I-9 processes, background checks, and skills assessment as required by recruiters and customers

• Understand and follow proper procedure regarding storage of documents, application process, documentation process, and VIP policies.

• Stay abreast of supplies and equipment in the office.

• Participate in recruiting calls, order filling, job fairs and other service related functions on as needed basis per management.

Qualifications:

• Employee must be service orientated and multi – tasked

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Bilingual preferred

• Ability to identify, communicate and resolve issues pertaining of customers, temporaries and team work issues

• Ability to maintain a high degree of both customer and candidate contact requiring consistent self – management attributes.
