Seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial records and accounting processes for our clients franchise. Responsible for accurate reporting, compliance, and financial insights. Requires strong organizational skills and accounting expertise.
1. Maintain complete and accurate financial records.
2. Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
3. Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
4. Prepare financial reports and analysis.
5. Ensure compliance with regulations and audits.
6. Manage payroll and cash flow.
7. Provide financial support and guidance.
1. Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Familiarity with tax regulations and payroll processing.
6. Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Excel.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
