Job Summary
We are hiring 2nd Shift General Laborers to join a steel manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves supporting various tasks in a manufacturing environment, including crane operation, material handling, and measurement-based work. Candidates must be physically capable and detail-oriented, with a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cranes and handle steel materials efficiently and safely.
- Square poles, manage wires, and perform material preparation tasks.
- Use a tape measure accurately, down to 1/16th of an inch, for precise work.
- Carry and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
Required Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with crane operation and material handling.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Prior experience working in a steel manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of measurement tools and techniques.
Required Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure with precision (down to 1/16th of an inch).
- Physical strength to carry and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Pay and Shift Details
