VIP Staffing is in search of a General Manager of Parts for a heavy equipment manufacture here in San Antonio. The business is a large family owned and operated business that produces 20-30 units weekly. Compensation will depend on experience. This is a full time position.

Essential Functions

• Oversees daily operations of multiple parts distribution locations

• Works closely with Production and Purchasing departments to streamline inventory

• Develops tools to streamline internal logistics

• Manages Part Sales Representatives to include coaching and counseling, while providing feedback for success

• Ensures the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business

• Ensures overall delivery and quality of the organization’s offerings to customers

• Engages in key or targeted customer service

• Communicates strategy and results to the unit’s employees

• Reports key results to corporate officers

• Engages with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning
