Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team in Belen, NM. This role involves assisting in various production tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to all safety practices. As a key team member, you will contribute to operational efficiency and support sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in completing tasks to meet project deadlines.

– Operate mobile equipment as required.

– Verify torque sequences and certified values.

– Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

– Read and follow detailed instructions accurately.

– Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.

– Participate in safety committees or initiatives as needed.

– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or GED.

– 2 years of related experience preferred.

– Knowledge of finished product specifications.

Working Conditions:

– Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, non-production areas, and plant grounds.

– May require work outside of regular hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Ability to work in varying temperatures and loud environments typical of a manufacturing plant.

– Overtime, including Saturdays, may be required.

– Schedule flexibility is essential.

– Follow all safety practices and procedures.

– Actively participate in safety committees and initiatives.

– Be aware of and committed to all safety protocols.

– Monday – Friday 

– 6am – 6:30 pm

Pay
