Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Housekeepers to join our team in Fort Worth, TX, offering $15.00 per hour. The role is essential to maintaining cleanliness and comfort in a senior living community. You will perform routine and specialized cleaning of residential units, public areas, and guest rooms, contributing to our mission to "provide exceptional services and a secure, active environment to enrich the lives of seniors." Previous experience in housekeeping within a senior living, medical, or hospital environment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized cleaning of all residential units, public spaces, and guest rooms.
- Clean offices, restrooms, and windows, ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Provide housekeeping services in common areas, including special cleaning projects.
- Assist in the laundry department as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing residential and public areas.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Experience using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with infection control procedures.
- Experience with specialized cleaning tasks such as window washing or deep cleaning.
Required Experience:
- Minimum experience: Must have prior housekeeping experience in a senior living facility or medical/hospital environment.
- Note: Private aid or housekeeping in personal residences does not qualify.
Contract Details:
- Hourly Pay: $15.00/hr
- Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Schedule: Rotating days, including weekends.
