Residential HVAC Service Technician: services all types of home/small office HVAC systems as well as performs routine maintenance on those systems. Day to day responsibilities include diagnosis, parts procurement, repair, routine check ups/preventative maintenance of A/C equipment and systems. Conducts repairs/replacement of faulty parts on residential HVAC systems. Logs status of repairs and/or maintenance and maintains job worksheets.
