Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
- 2nd Shift:
- 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday – Thursday)
- 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Friday)
- Inventory Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Job Summary:
Our client is hiring for multiple positions across 1st and 2nd shifts to support our production and assembly operations. We are seeking motivated individuals with varying levels of experience to fill roles in welding, assembly, painting, and more. Join our team and help craft high-quality products in a dynamic work environment.
Open Positions:
Metal Fabrication (Welders) – All Welders must have their own welding hood and gloves
- 1st Shift Welders (MIG/ARC)
- 2nd Shift Welders (MIG/ARC)
Channel Letter Assembly (Mechanical Assemblers)
- 1st Shift Assemblers
- 2nd Shift Assemblers
Router Operation
- 1st Shift Router Operators (Maxicam)
- 2nd Shift Router Operator (Maxicam)
Painting – Painters must have their own paint gun/wand
- 1st Shift Industrial Painters (Industrial/Auto)
- 2nd Shift Industrial Painters (Industrial/Auto)
- 1st Shift Painter Helpers
- 2nd Shift Painter Helpers
Crating
- 2nd Shift Craters
Final Assembly
- 2nd Shift Assemblers
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Position):
- Welders: Perform MIG/ARC welding, ensuring precision and quality in metal fabrication.
- Assemblers: Assemble channel letters and final products using mechanical tools.
- Router Operators: Operate Maxicam routers for precision cutting of materials.
- Painters: Apply industrial-grade paint finishes using sprayers, ensuring quality and durability.
- Painter Helpers: Assist painters in preparation, setup, and cleanup.
- Craters: Build and prepare crates for shipping finished products.
Required Experience (By Role):
- Relevant experience in welding, assembly, painting, or router operation.
- Industrial or auto painting experience preferred (not house painting).
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Safety-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Familiarity with Maxicam routers or industrial painting techniques.
