INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Pay is based on Experience!

Requirements: Two years of experience in manufacturing. Must be familiar with mechanical systems and components. Must be detailed-oriented; be willing to take on new skills and constantly trying to improve skills and abilities; possess positive attitude, people skills, organizational and communication skills, time-management and supervisory experience or equivalent.

Must have knowledge of and experience troubleshooting the following equipment:

•hydraulics
•compressed air systems
•dust collection blower systems
•lifts
•gearboxes
•conveyances
•ovens
•chains/sprockets
•belts/sheaves
•bearings
•cats
•drivers
•rollers

Machine shop, wood and/or steel experience a plus. Must be able to problem solve and make decisions on ways to decrease cycle times and improve efficiency of setups.
