Industrial Sign Painter – Experienced

As a Sign Painter you start your day by preparing your materials and tools for the projects ahead. You closely collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and create eye-catching signs that meet clients' expectations. Your role involves mixing colors, painting signs, and ensuring the final products meet our high-quality standards. Throughout the day, you adhere to safety protocols and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines. 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SIGN PAINTER 

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• 2+ years of related painting experience, preferably in a plant or workshop environment 

• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols 

• Strong math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals 

• Adaptability to changing priorities and work schedules 

• Ability to work well in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of commercial sign and/or automotive painting experience 

• Trade school coursework and training is a plus.

Pay is $24.00 to $29.00 BOE
