INSIDE SALES & CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
We currently looking for an individual with a dynamic personality to become a part of our current sales team to facilitate revenue growth from our current and former clients, and actively develop new accounts. This is a 100% IN-PERSON office position.
Salary: Base $45,000 + Commission.
Hours: Mon – Fri 8AM – 5PM
Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Build strong relationships and work proactively with our existing customers to revenues.
- Proactively market and attract new customers and work with them to develop lasting relationships.
- Reconnect with our former customers and re-establish business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals established by the Company.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing fast and accurate quotes, receiving & entering orders, offering product recommendations, resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Work with other departments within the Company to ensure our customers are taken care of and remain satisfied with our products and services.
- Follow up on quotes, emails, marketing campaigns and orders.
- Work on sales pipeline and use tools to accurately monitor progress of your efforts.
- Keep up with market trends, business opportunities and industry & product knowledge.
- Work with Marketing Dept to find ways to reach customers effectively and efficiently.
- May be asked to travel to Tradeshows as needed.
- Maintain and prospect customer lists obtained from tradeshows, meetings and other sources.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years in Inside Sales experience or similar customer facing position.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- Must be self-driven and have an upbeat personality.
- Knowledge of the Promotional Products industry is a PLUS
