Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process. In addition to standard sales functions, the Inside Sales Representative will conduct client pick-ups and showroom walks to showcase our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored exhibit solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct client pick-ups and showroom walks to demonstrate our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the exhibit or trade show industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client pick-ups.
- Ability to conduct showroom walks and physically demonstrate products.
- Tech savvy.: Here are some tools we use (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AirTable, Apollo.io)
- Must be a fast learner and work well in a fast-paced environment
