Job Overview
We’re looking for an organized Inventory & Shipping Specialist to manage inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. This role will focus on maintaining stock accuracy, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process outbound shipments and verify incoming deliveries.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment per customer specifications.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and keep the workspace organized.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Skills: Familiar with inventory software, strong organizational abilities.
- Physical: Able to lift items up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
