Location: Cedar Hill, TX
Shift: M-f, 8a to 4:30pm
Responsibilities included with this role as part of the Texas Production Team as follows:
Review all projects and tasks prior to production; confirming the product matches the line item descriptions on the packing list
Ensure Production Team Members record their labor in Made To Manage
- Ensure Production Team Members are utilizing required safety gear at all times
- Assist Production Team as needed
- Assist with the crating and packaging of all product
- Assist with the loading of all trucks
- Coordinate the unloading of all materials and supplies delivered to the Texas Facility
- Quality check product during and after completion of each task
- Communicate project status to Director of Manufacturing every day
- Acquire digital images of all product before/during and after completion of packaging
- Save all images to a designated server location; formatted per the Director of Manufacturing
- Label all packages per the Director of Manufacturing; to include the following:
BOL
Shipping Label
Artwork
Packing List - Issue and stage materials for production
- Maintain the Inventory Cage; ensuring that all materials are clearly labeled with item numbers where applicable
- Train new Team Members on all processes and procedures associated with the work stations detailed above
- Submit purchase requests to Purchasing Team for supplies and materials at the work station detailed above
- Ensure all work stations are cleaned and maintained by Production Team Members at all times
- This Team Member must be able to multitask, and effectively communicate project requirements to and from the Director of Manufacturing, Project Management and the Texas Production Team.
