Job Duties:

  • Sourcing of Candidates: Actively posting job openings on online resume databases, hosting local job fairs, and reaching out to the community.

  • Candidate Screening: Recruiters are responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements. Recruiters then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process.

  • Drug Screening, Reference and Background Checks: After interviews have taken place and hiring manager expresses an interest to hire a candidate, the recruiter is often called upon to coordinate the drug screen, reference and background checks.

  • Payroll And Administrative Duties: JR Recruiters are responsible for the administrative tasks associated with each client account. Such as entering data, updating contacts, payroll, invoice questions and assistance, client billing set up, time card entry, and document handling.

  • Assist Sr. Recruiter in daily tasks and functions.

  • High School Diploma

  • 2 years of staffing experience preferred

  • 2 years Customer service

  • Positive Attitude/Hard Worker/Team Player/Eager To Learn

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word & Excel, Employee Database, and other software)

  • Able to communicate written and verbally in English
