seeking an entry-level Knowledge Management (KM) Contractor to assist with the conversion of training assets to a userfriendly, searchable content within an employee-facing interactive knowledge base. The initial contract will focus on the policies, procedures and other documentation associated with the chatbot & live chat project, but could be extended to facilitate the conversion of other LOB content as a part of the general migration to the KM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, web content expertise, CSS/HTML skills, and an acute attention to detail.
What We Will Require: Advanced knowledge of web markup, including HTML and CSS (Bootstrap a plus). Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud; resizing and annotating screenshots. CMS experience (WordPress, SharePoint, Sitecore, etc.). Familiarity with video creation and editing. Ability to quickly learn new concepts, workflows, processes, programs, and products. Superb interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams throughout the organization. Advanced written and oral communication skills with people of all technical levels and ability to interpret technical language into business language and vice versa. Self-motivated and able to work independently, making deadlines consistently.

Some knowledge management experience a plus, but not required.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Converts training, procedural and other documentation produced by the Training and Live Chat teams to a user-friendly KM articles per the direction of the KM Architect. Adjusts HTML/CSS of produced/converted KM content elements to ensure consistency. Creates, analyzes, and reports on metrics to measure the usage, adoption, success, and development of KM articles. Monitors employee content feedback, product goals, and pain points to continually improve the KM content. Participates and collaborates on
concept development and design ideation. Works directly with the Digital Services, KM and Training teams to ensure the final product meets the required specifications. Works collaboratively with other members of the Digital Services team and other departments.
