Lead Molding Technician

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Job Duties:

• Maintain process integrity on all injection molding machines.

• Prioritize technical activities for the day, schedule work and assist in performing the work as needed.

• Schedule the PM tasks for the day based on the resources available to stay up to date on PM completion

• Work with process engineer to execute the process monitoring process.

• Support the process engineer with documentation related to technical validation of new machines and molds.

• Support all cGMP rules, and lead by example.

• Write work instructions, and procedures to standardize operations in the injection molding department.

• Perform basic electrical diagnostics related to injection molding machines, and molds.

• Read/interpret electrical, mold, and machine drawings, to aid in troubleshooting

• Research new technologies in injection molding to optimize labor & improve productivity.

• Provide technical documentation to process engineer to support performance mgt of technicians

Additional Qualifications:

• Mechanical skills, Basic Math, and communication in English is required.

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend work order instructions and correspondence

• Proficient in computer software such as MS Office, as well as machine specific software.etc
