Lead Technician – Molding

Direct Hire Opportunity

Location: Valencia County, NM

Pay: $18-$24

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain process integrity on all injection molding machines.

• Prioritize technical activities for the day, schedule work.

• Assist in performing the work as needed.

• Schedule the PM tasks for the day based on the resources available to stay up to date on PM completion

• Work with process engineer to execute the process monitoring process.

• Support the process engineer with documentation related to technical validation of new machines and molds.

• Support all cGMP rules, and lead by example.

• Research new technologies in injection molding to optimize labor & improve productivity.

• Provide technical documentation to process engineer to support performance mgt of technicians

Additional Qualification:

Mechanical, Basic Math, and communication in English is required.

Must be able to read, write, comprehend work orders

Proficient in computer software such as MS Office, as well as machine specific software.etc

Education:

2 years of applicable trade school or 5-7 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of work experience and education
