Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (possible overtime on Friday's as needed)

Job Summary:

The Logistics Associate is responsible for meeting Operations delivery and kitting requirements. Job duties include receiving, storing, handling, shipping, inventorying, and preparing product for customer delivery while demonstrating and promoting safe behaviors and processes. This requires working independently, with specific direction or as a member of a team.

Essential Functions:

· Models and promotes alignment with company’s Vision, Values, and Mission

· Adheres to guidelines and procedures to load, unload, store, and disburse inventory material to assist in satisfying customer requirements and achieving manufacturing goals

· Ensures parts and finished product by locating and staging for shipment

· Transports material in area or between areas utilizing carts, tuggers, cart caddies, forklifts, and other devices

· Maintains kitting processes and best practices for operations and external customers

· Maintains all company equipment and work/storage areas in a good, clean, and working order

· Observes and adheres to all safety aspects/policies/training/call outs at all times and requires reporting of all near misses and incidents

· Works overtime as required by workload and customers’ needs

· Requires regular and punctual employee attendance

· Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Standing/ Walking for long periods of time, frequently lifts and moves materials and equipment up to 50 lb; must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. May be exposed to weather extremes when working outside in conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity.
