6:00am to 2:30pmSummary: Sets up and operates metal forming machines that perform different bending capabilities to specified angles or contourEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform preventative maintenance on machinery daily before start-up Match material to proper tags and travelerEnsure all material has a traceability tag at the start of each job Select and install tooling for radius requiredSet stops to proper leg lengthProvide 1st article piece to Building 4 Supervisor or QC for sign off on 1st article madeAfter completion of each job, verify quantity of job is complete. In the event the job is incomplete, notify the Building 4 SupervisorMove completed orders to their next operation and mark off job on current day’s production schedule sheetOrganize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift
