1st Shift $16.00

2nd shift hours: 2pm-10:30pm Monday- Friday. $17/hr

Job Duties:

· Set up and operate the machinery used in the extrusion process.

· Inspect product while in-process and make adjustments to equipment as needed

· Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery, including crosshead breakdown and assembly.

· Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and Manufacturing Specifications regarding the extrusion process.

· Manually lifting up to 50 pounds hot extruder dies and using forklift when necessary.

· Maintain a clean and safe working environment using LEAN Manufacturing principles.

· Work in a team environment.
