We are currently seeking an entry-level Maintenance Mechanic for our Dallas plant. The successful candidate must have a range of basic mechanical skills, summarized below:

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment performing maintenance tasks

• Experience in performing routine mechanic’s tasks such as assembly, equipment removal, basic repairs

• Ability to use a full range of power tools and hand tools- grinders, cutting tools, mechanics tools

• Experience with preventative maintenance- lubrication, inspection, replacement of wear parts

• General experience with building maintenance

• Self-motivated, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision

Other desirable skills, but not required:

• Pipe fitting, plumbing experience

• Experience with liquid fill equipment

• Cutting torch, welding experience

 The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours. The core hours will be day shift (7:00am-4;00pm, Monday thru Friday) but overtime, and weekend hours, will be required at times. Pay range for this entry level position is $14-18.00/hour, contingent on experience. There is potential for advancement to a higher-level position as additional skills are acquired.
