Maintenance Techs (STEEL INDUSTRY)

Job Duties

• Performs preventative maintenance on press brake, plasma machines, saws, overhead and jib cranes.

• Perform troubleshooting and general maintenance of manufacturing equipment and processes.

• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Must have a minimum of three to five years related work experience and a good employment record.
Experience trouble shooting electrical systems 420V , hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, and handbooks.
Ability to use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades
Ability to work on projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required.
Experience with, and comprehensive knowledge of a facility lock-out / tag-out program.
Industrial Warehouse Maintenance Experience
Must be willing to maintain a strict adherence to all plant safety rules
Must have a current valid driver’s license.
DRUG SCREENS and background checks conducted
