Position: Production Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Production Technician to join our team. This role involves setting up, assembling, soldering, and testing components across three production departments: End Work, Wire, and Laser. The technician will ensure adherence to quality standards, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with production, materials, and engineering teams to maintain efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, assemble, solder, and test components in accordance with production guidelines.
- Operate specialized tools and equipment specific to the End Work, Wire, and Laser departments.
- Perform functionality tests and troubleshoot issues to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth production workflows.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Meet production deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent use of hands for handling small parts and operating machinery.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to production equipment and machinery; adherence to safety precautions is essential.
Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
Pay:
- Pay: $14
