Marketing Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring cohesive customer marketing experience through the use of automation and personalization systems such as hubspot. They will help develop audience segmentation, persona-driven marketing, and customer funnel marketing strategies across web channel marketing messages. As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will also help drive the system discovery process, help design HubSpot campaigns, and help stakeholders successfully manage hubspot marketing. 

Analytical approach with personalization and automation marketing mindset

Gather analytics and assemble reports based on information from the CRM

Establish and maintain workflows

Helps creates digital marketing campaigns, lead capture forms, landing pages, and email templates

Helps ensure related data privacy and regulatory compliance, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR

Analyzes, cleanses, and update HubSpot data to ensure high quality of leads and ROI

Address errors that inhibit the efficiency of marketing automation and personalization tools

Gathers analytics and assemble reports-based marketing systems performance

Establishes training on best practices and provides support for existing users and onboarding new users

Collaborates with Marketing and Sales Teams to refine ongoing projects

Marketing Automation and Personalization experience is a plus in particular Hubspot

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred

1-2 Years’ experience with automation or marketing systems is a plus, such as hubspot, hootsuite
