Immediately hiring Mechanical Assembler's for a large manufacturing company in CONVERSE. Pay is $16/hr. Shift is M-F 6am-5pm.
Duties & Requirements:
- Position requires working in a shop environment (open air, no AC)
- Assembles electrical or hydraulic systems
- Install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, or soldering
- Positions, aligns, and adjusts parts or hoses for proper fit and assembly
- Inspects or tests wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and records results
- Marks and tags components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to use hands, fingers, bend, stoop, crawl, twist, stretch, see, hear, and to stand up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to work overtime
- Attention to detail with good organization skills while working with deadlines
