Expectations

• Responsible for managing the product backlog to ensures that delivery team creates value for members and business.

• Engage with other roles and functions, such as business analyst, product management, and delivery team.

• You will work with a full spectrum of business stakeholders that include membership, and curricular integration activities with our corporate partners to our mobile, web, other third-party application offerings and integration with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (CRM/CE and Finance/Operations) solution.

Description

• Help to identify, develop, and maintain project plans including staffing and resources, budget, scope, and quality management, development and deployment of solutions, requirements, change management, training, communication and risk management to ensure the solution delivery meets budget and delivery times.

• Ensure proper documentation (roadmap, plans, contracts, design, others as needed) is created, maintained, and approved for all aspects of the program from project initiation and development to delivery and maintenance.

• Lead requirements analysis and validation, ensuring that requirements statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous and verifiable.

• Contribute to development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics (CE) features, develop Dynamics (CE) workflows and business rules, and entities and fields in CE, and create forms, views, and reports.

• Support Quality Assurance engineers in translating business requirements to test requirements.

• Develop KPIs on the programs and provide quarterly reports. 

• Collaborate with the technical team and ERP Program Director to identify and develop integrations between Digital Services application and ERP solutions.

• Take day to day responsibility for ensuring that TCO is considered.

• Employ design thinking and hypothesis-driven development techniques to promote innovation.

Knowledge and Skills

• Must have In-depth experience in development, implementation, and deployment of software solutions.

• Must have in-depth hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) platform

• Must have extensive experience in implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (CE) issue diagnosing and troubleshooting.

• Experience with ERP implementation, especially Dynamics 365 (CE, and F&O) platform preferred.

• Experience with best practices for implementations using Agile framework like SCRUM or Kanban.

• Experience in managing vendors and external consultants.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

  • 7 years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery, including Web, Mobile, Portal and application integrations.

  • 7 years of experience in managing software applications.

  • 5 years of experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.

  • 5 years of experience in managing customer/partner relationships and expectations for system integrations and data migrations.

  • 5 years of experience in product management.
