MIXER/BLENDER

The Mixer / Blender is responsible for setting up and operating the Mixer, and Bowl Hoist including equipment controls, flour system, and blender recipe system.

3RD SHIFT AVAILABLE 9:30PM-5:30AM

MUST HAVE GOOD JOB TENURE

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50 LBS CONTINUOUSLY

MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND AND BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Makes all necessary adjustments to equipment and recipes

• Performs and documents all necessary tests to ensure product quality and food safety

• Coordinates efforts with the line lead, oven technician, QA and maintenance.

• Provides break relief for all positions as needed.

• Cleans and sanitizes the line/area.

• Frequent lifting of 50 pounds and use of a forklift and walker stacker.
