VIP Staffing is immediately hiring an Office Coordinator for a leading non-profit organization in Albuquerque, NM

As an Office Coordinator you will: 
  • Perform Data entry and maintain the donor database management, to ensure the data base is up to date and accurate. 
  • Perform timely donor acknowledgements
  • Perform Gift tracking and other reporting documentation
  • Pull database reports and queries to provide information as needed in the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of the donors
  • Work with bookkeeper on reports, revenue and deposit information
  • Support volunteers in their day to day tasks
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for activities and events, publications, mailing, reporting, research, reservations, payments and meeting arrangements. 
  • Assist with production and publishing of correspondence, forms, signage, flyers, etc. 
  • Maintain supply ordering for three locations
  • Create and maintain staff meeting minutes and agendas
  • Oversee vehicle donation program
  • manage relationships with vendors
  • Guide donors through the donation process
  • Assist Guest services as needed; provide house tour and assist as back up to Guest Services Staff. 
Office Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: 
  • 2+ years responsible administrative experience
  • Strong Computer Skills- MS Suite
  • Experience supporting multiple supervisors, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work requests and complete assignments on time. 
  • Strong Time Management Skills
  • nonprofit work is a plus
  • Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
  • Have a Flexible approach to working hours
  • Strong Data base entry and maintenance experience
This is a Full time Temp-Hire position
Scheduled is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm

Pay is $18-$21 per hour DOE
