OFFICE RECEPTIONIST Opening, UNIVERSAL CITY, TX

Job description

Looking for a Receptionist for a Realtor company in the Universal City area. You will be the first representative of the company that people see. You will set the tone and be the first impression of the company to the public.

Hours:

8:15am-5:00pm. There is a 1 hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30. The office receptionist will be responsible for opening the office for business in the morning, closing for lunch, opening after lunch, and closing at the end of the day. Adherence to these hours and promptness is imperative.

Responsibilities:

  • answering phones
  • transferring call to the correct extension
  • answering general questions
  • receive and process lease application
  • receive rent
  • update the vacancy list as tenant notices are received
  • additional administrative duties may be assigned

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
