PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

– Operates winding machine

– Run DSC machine

– Extractor cart operation

– Operate impact gun

– Use measuring equipment

– Operation of mix station

– Understand specifications and how it relates to machine setup and product

– Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

– Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision

– Utilize safe work habits

– Wear appropriate PPE

– Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures

– Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures

– Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Factory environment with large range in temperature changes

– Standing up to 12 hours daily

– Walking up to 12 hours daily

– Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily

– Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily

– Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly

– Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

– Three years of verifiable work experience

– Ability to read, write and speak English preferred

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

– Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required

– Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
