Operations Manager
Full Time + OT

This position has a heavy emphasis on being able to learn and work with job-specific software programs including basic coding, transactional data importing, and document design.
This is a volume-based business, there are times when the team, including the manager, must work additional hours, some days 12 hours, and remain flexible during off hours.
Required:
- MS Excel to include working with pivot tables.
- Must be very detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work on and troubleshoot issues with all the equipment used and work with vendors for speedy repairs to limit downtime when a machine goes down.
- Proven managerial experience, over teams and projects.
