POSITION FUNCTION SUMMARY:
This position assists the Manager with contract work, ensuring quality standards, meeting deadlines, and overseeing staff and administrative paperwork. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining contract quality and timelines, performing administrative tasks for client/case management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following outlines the general nature and level of work expected. They are not exhaustive.
  1. Day-to-Day Operations:
    • Ensure compliance with Scope of Work requirements.
    • Read and interpret contract specifications.
    • Assist in planning and organizing contracts.
    • Recommend operational procedures.
    • Ensure schedules are met for customer satisfaction.
    • Make decisions independently; seek guidance for complex situations.
    • Recommend staffing and supply needs.
  2. Inventory and Quality Control:
    • Manage inventory, quality assurance, and production data.
    • Submit payroll information.
    • Prepare reports, summaries, and billing information.
    • Perform administrative and clerical duties.
  3. Personnel Training:
    • Train personnel in safety and work assignments.
    • Provide training to support staff.
    • Assist with client care and living skills.
    • Collaborate with support staff to set and monitor goals.
    • Conduct time studies as needed.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers and associated parties.
    • Conduct staff meetings to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Supervision and Work Management:
    • Supervise personnel, work procedures, workloads, and schedules.
    • Promote productivity and a safe working environment.
    • Manage work unit according to laws and policies.
  6. Leadership and Communication:
    • Foster continuous improvement and effective communication.
    • Solve problems creatively and proactively.
    • Provide support to staff as needed
Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age. Two (2) years experience and proven success working in a production environment, inventory control and quality control systems required. Two (2) years supervisory experience in comparable field required.
