Our East Houston area client is in need of a part-time administrative assistant to fill a temporary need
Job Duties :
Support the PBI Branch in managing all of the needed office responsibilities (e.g. receptionist, filing, internal phone support etc.), customer support (as needed) and be the backup associate.
Provide outstanding customer service; as the first point of contact within the Hammond Branch
Keep the office organized and functioning effectively
Maintain a timely and accurate flow of all max recall documents
Assist CSR with pulling orders through the system (SX.e)
Perform Max Recall activities (drop and file); all signed manifest will be linked to the invoices.
Answer all outside calls during the normal business work hours and forward all calls to the appropriate associates and handle customer concerns in a satisfactory manner
Successfully complete all other requested tasks that are presented and related to office support

* This will be a part time position, 20-30 hours per week** the work schedule will be 9:00 AM- 3:00PM or 10:00AM-4:00PM.
