Primary Job Title: Picker/Packer – Embroidery Department
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 2:30pm-11pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our embroidery team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all embroidered items are accurately picked, packed, and meet our quality standards before reaching customers. This position requires a strong attention to detail, an eye for quality, and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack embroidered orders with precision, maintaining order accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet brand standards and identify any errors or misprints.
- Follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively with team members to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain an active work routine, standing and moving throughout the day to complete tasks.
- Adhere to company quality control protocols to ensure a consistent standard of excellence.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in a picker/packer role, warehouse setting, or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality control practices, especially within a production or warehouse environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience within embroidery, print, or similar production industries.
- Previous roles requiring high attention to detail, such as quality inspection or order fulfillment.
Required Skills:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in identifying product quality issues, including spotting small misprints or errors.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding written instructions in English for order accuracy and safety compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of quality control standards in a production or warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with repetitive tasks requiring focus and consistency.
Background Requirements:
- Candidates must have a clear background check with no felonies, violent offenses, or theft-related incidents.
- No repeat misdemeanors; any background concerns should be communicated with the client.
