Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Make sure customers’ needs are met as project evolves
Provide customer updates
Daily contact and coordination with employees, subcontractors, vendors
Prep out paper work for permits
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Strong Customer Service skills
