Immediately hiring a Pressure Tester/Dent Removal Tech for a large aviation manufacturing company.
Pay is $15/hr. depending on experience
Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm
Duties:
- Perform pressure testing and dent removal processes
- Remove dents and maintain shop equipment
- Utilize mechanical skills to ensure repairs meet quality standards
- Inspect components before and after testing and dent removal to identify defects or areas needing further attention
- Perform dent repair on various aircraft surfaces, including fuselage, wings, and other components, utilizing approved techniques and tools to restore structural integrity and aesthetics
- Setup testing equipment, monitoring test parameters, and documenting results
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools to ensure accurate and reliable performance
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude with shop equipment experience
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Proficient in pressure testing techniques and equipment, as well as dent repair methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and safety protocols
- Previous aviation pressure testing or dent removal is a plus
