ENRTY LEVEL MILLING PROCESSOR TRAINEE- $13.00

*This includes being able to withstand heat and lift a minimum of 50lbs. We need people willing to work up to 12 hour shifts which can and will include nights and weekends.

*Ensure the wheat is tempered according to the specific guidelines. • Review and manage the flow sheet of each mill and know how to make adjustments to the mill to optimize yield and maintain consistent quality. • Identify the different varieties of wheat and make all products to the customer’s specification during their shift. • Observe equipment operations to ensure smooth operations and maintain production schedules. • Identify and assist with the resolution of problems in the mills as well as assist with basic maintenance on milling equipment. • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards • Clean work areas and equipment, including the cleaning house operations and lubricating of equipment • Qualified Individual responsible for helping maintain final product zone equipment including sifters and filters.
