Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Reports To: ERP Program Director

Summary

As the product owner you will engage with other roles and functions, such as business analyst, product management, and delivery team. The product owner primarily represents the users who will ultimately use the products, internal or external.

Description

• Help to identify, develop, and maintain project plans including staffing and resources, budget, scope, and quality management, development and deployment of solutions, requirements, change management, training, communication and risk management to ensure the solution delivery meets budget and delivery times.

• Ensure proper documentation (roadmap, plans, contracts, design, others as needed) is created, maintained, and approved for all aspects of the program from project initiation and development to delivery and maintenance.

• Lead requirements analysis and validation, ensuring that requirements statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, unambiguous and verifiable.

• Contribute to development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics (CE) features, develop Dynamics (CE) workflows and business rules, and entities and fields in CE, and create forms, views, and reports.

• Collaborate with the technical team and ERP Program Director to identify and develop integrations between Digital Services application and ERP solutions.

• Act as the voice of the member in the product design. Ensure the voice of the member is heard within the organization

Knowledge and Skills

• Must have In-depth experience in development, implementation, and deployment of software solutions.

• Must have in-depth hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) platform

• Must have extensive experience in implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (CE) issue diagnosing and troubleshooting.

• Experience with ERP implementation, especially Dynamics 365 (CE, and F&O) platform preferred.

• Experience setting and managing customer/partner experience and expectations.

• Experience with best practices for implementations using Agile framework like SCRUM or Kanban.

• Experience in managing vendors and external consultants.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills to consistently and efficiently produce results.

Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

  • Seven years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery, including Web, Mobile, Portal and application integrations.

  • Seven years of experience in managing software applications.

  • Five years of experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.

  • Five years of experience in managing customer/partner relationships and expectations for system integrations and data migrations.

  • Five years of experience in product management.
