Training will be M-F 8-5, once training is complete their hours will be 6:00a – 2:30p (there could be OT).

Job Summary: Performs all necessary tasks in the production of Company products to include non-woven fabric materials for the automotive industry. Works in various assigned production processes as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Must be able to operate machinery in accordance with company specifications. May include driving lift truck and other powered equipment as necessary.

Must be familiar with basic machine functions in order to perform the above stated tasks

Must be able to maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly fashion Must be able to read and interpret basic math concepts to include English Metric Measurement System

Must be able to conduct basic diagnostics on line equipment and make minor adjustments as deemed appropriate

Must be able to follow and understand all safety regulations and process control Procedures

Has the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems

Essential Functions:

Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours at anytime

Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for up to 10 hours at anytime
