Shift Options:
- 1st Shift 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
2nd Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (candidates must be eligible for permanent hire after the temp period)
Language Requirement: Spanish fluency is mandatory.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience.
Starting Salary: $18.00/hour (salary evaluations upon permanent hire).

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to oversee our production operations. This position plays a critical role in managing production activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational goals.
- Conduct quality control tests and ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce company policies.
- Train and mentor production staff on processes and equipment.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production or leadership role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment.
