Job Title: Production Machine Operator
Overview:
Responsible for operating machinery and overseeing the packaging process while ensuring accurate labeling and maintaining consistent product quality. This role focuses on achieving production targets and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and manage packaging processes efficiently.
- Verify product labeling for accuracy and maintain quality standards.
- Meet production goals for output and maintain high-quality standards.
- Accurately complete and submit production forms in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular quality checks according to work orders.
- Load materials into machines as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic proficiency in math and English literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7am – 3:30pm
Pay:
$17.00-19.00
