Currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a large manufacturing plant located on the East Side of San Antonio.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining production levels utilizing flow and lean manufacturing principles and methods.
- Ensure operations on schedule and performed to proper specifications (ASME, UL)
- Maintains effective working relationships with all departments.
- Operates within budget and contributes to the overall reduction of overhead and expenses.
- Lead plant production initiatives and strategy.
- Promote employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership skills
- 4 years previous leadership experience in Manufacturing
- High School Diploma required (B.S. degree preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC design principles a plus!
- Computer skills in Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Available to work 2nd shift (Starting at 3pm)
- Green Belt is a plus!
Compensation:
- Base 50k-65k
- Overtime is paid out on top of base pay
- Quarterly bonus
