Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading and motivating a production team, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Manage day-to-day production line activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation, meeting production targets.
- Safety Management: Maintain a safe, clean production floor and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high quality standards for final products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to maximize productivity and retention.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and coordinate regular equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Reporting: Prepare performance and progress reports, utilizing basic computer software for documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and production output.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing a production team and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Safety & Quality Focus: Deep understanding of safety protocols and quality control practices in manufacturing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with software for reporting and data entry.
- Process Improvement Knowledge: Experience identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Knowledge of equipment maintenance scheduling
Background Check Requirements:
